A great value joint taken from the breast of the animal, and well suited to super long & slow BBQ cooking for meltingly tender beef. This joint has been seasoned specifically for BBQ cooking using sea salt, brown sugar & a blend of spices that complement the quality of this cut perfectly. Sourced exclusively from grass fed herds and left to age for up to 14 days, the perfect maturity for forequarter meat. This is a sure fire winner for big party entertaining.

Shelf life: minimum 6 days.

Ingredients: beef (97%), F&Co smokey dry rub (sea salt, brown sugar, paprika, chipotle chili flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, onion powder, oregano).

Manufactured on a site which handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, fish & sulphites.
