Rio Mare Grilled mackerel fillets with barbecue sauce bring to your table the full taste and nutritional values of the best hand-processed grilled mackerel fillets. The fillets are grilled and loaded with an excellent barbecue sauce. It underlines the subtle smoky taste of grilled mackerel fillets. Eating fish as part of a healthy and balanced diet is recommended at least twice a week. Mackerel, rich in omega-3, is one of the tastiest and most nutritious types of blue fish. Its intense taste is especially evidenced by grilling, which will further emphasize its unique taste. It is rich not only in omega-3 fatty acids, but also in other nutrients such as vitamin A, calcium, iron and many others.
