24 stored training programs

The T540 console contains 24 factory training programs:
- 8 "health-preserving" programs: muscle tightening, gentle resumption of movement,
- 8 "calorie-burning" programs that reduce fat mass during and after training,
- 8 "endurance" programs to develop physical condition and basic endurance.
All programs can be adjusted to the individual level of the runner by adjusting the speed and the angle of inclination.

For motivation, development and fun, connect the exercise machine to the Econnected or Kinomap application! With the Econnected application, you can set weekly, time, distance, and calorie-based goals, record the results of your workouts, and track your statistics.
