Pairing: The apricot tart is excellent with a tea or with a delicious coffee; it can be paired also with a Moscato d'Asti Braida wine.
How it's made: The apricot tart is simply a tart with a shortcrust pastry base made up of flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, butter and eggs. Grated lemon skin is also added to the dough, the tart is then garnished with apricot jam and put in the oven.
